Mazda 787B will be the “star” of Festival of Speed

At the Festival of Speed at Goodwood, the Japanese company will give tribute to the defining principle of its philosophy, presenting a unique line of racing cars equipped with a rotary engine, including the winner of the race “24 Hours of Le Mans” – Mazda 787B.

The company renowned in the racing bolide livery of Charge, which will appear at Goodwood for the first time since 2011, will be a great number of racing cars Mazda, able to produce a real sensation among the visitors of the Festival of speed – not least thanks to the work of the inimitable sound of the rotary engine.

One of these cars is Mazda 787 with bodywork number 002 – the sport prototype came from the “24 Hours of Le Mans” in 1990 in order to take a year later in the race, which has become a winning car 787B, eighth place. This car, which is now owned division of Mazda USA, together with the famous racing livery 787V in Charge will this year participate in another competition – the famous speech about race Hill Climb, taking place every year at the Festival of Speed at Goodwood.
