Mazda released the roadster MX-5 25th Anniversary Edition

In honor of the 25th anniversary of the release of the roadster Mazda MX-5 Japanese automaker has created a special version of the model called the 25th Anniversary Edition. The world premiere of the car, which will be released in limited edition, will be held at the Auto Show in New York, has opened to the media. Hallmarks of a special commemorative version besides exterior styling along with the interior would be power train, parts of which were manually selected from the general party.

2.0-liter four-cylinder naturally aspirated engine was the best (and most balanced light) pistons, rods and flywheel. Version with manual transmission has a capacity of 170-hp, while cars with automatic transmission power is 160-hp. The developers claim that the engine is lighter and faster now gaining momentum, and the response to the gas pedal manipulation significantly reduced, which positively affected the dynamics of the roadster.

Mazda MX-5 25th Anniversary Edition is only available in red body that make the contrast black rack, hardtop, mirrors, grille, parts of the body kit and 17-inch alloy wheels with Bridgestone Potenza RE05A 205/45. Car also equipped with shock absorbers Bilstein, bi-colored leather seats, aluminum trim and pedals door sills, as well as red accents on the dashboard. In the U.S., it will be sold 100 units of the MX-5 25th Anniversary Edition.
