Toyo tires are approved for Mazda Atenza

Toyo Tire & Rubber Co. will complete a new Mazda Atenza, known outside of Japan as Mazda6. Mazda Atenza – an updated model, which has received high-tech systems SKYACTIV, in which the engine work, new transmission and the upgraded suspension, as well as new technologies work together to maximize the car’s fuel efficiency.

Toyo said that after when Mazda unveiled its updated flagship model in Japan on November 20 last year, the number of orders reached approximately 9700 per month, while before the premiere of the Japanese automaker they expected only 1,000 orders per month.

In a press release Toyo also says that “as Atenza combines sportiness, safety and environmental friendliness, for it has been selected flagship tire – Toyo Proxes T1 Sport in size 225/55 R17”. According to the manufacturer, Toyo Proxes T1 Sport performed on the latest technologies, which allow cars to combine high performance with improved fuel economy. Mazda offices in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America have also approved to install tires Toyo on their foreign models.
